The Women in Charge
The owners, Gia and Emily, worked together for over 8 years and became more than just coworkers- they became family. Through years of growing side by side, building trust, and sharing a passion for their craft, they decided to take the next step and start their own salon together. Their strong partnership creates a positive, supporting environment, and they work seamlessly alongside the rest of their staff as one team. Together, they value collaboration, creativity, and making every client feel welcomed and cared for.
Paul has been so much more than a mentor to us. His guidance, encouragement, and belief in our talent gave us the confidence to grow into the stylists we are today-and ultimately inspired us to open a salon of our own. We are forever grateful to have him by our side and proud to welcome him to the Marie Rae family.
Paula Ciaco is so much more than our landlord-she has become a wonderful mentor and dear friend. As a successful businesswoman, her guidance, encouragement, and support have helped lead us in the right direction throughout our journey as salon owners. We are incredibly grateful to have her in our corner and look forward to continuing to grow and expand alongside her in the future.
Our apprentices, Mia and Lily, are so much more than assistants-they are the future of our industry. Talented, hardworking, and beautiful inside and out, they bring passion, dedication, and positive energy to Marie Rae every day. We are incredibly proud to mentor them and cannot wait to watch them grow into the amazing stylists we know they are destined to become.
